Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology is the use of zeolite
molecular sieve adsorbent at room temperature
and pressure change, separation of oxygen and nitrogen in the air
at different diffusion rates, to produce high purity gas.
KSZY series oxygen generator equipment is carefully developed
according to PSA pressure swing adsorption principle.
It uses high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to
directly separate oxygen from compressed air.
After the purification of dry compressed air, under the action of
pressure shift adsorption, pressure adsorption,
decompression desorption, due to the kinetic effect, nitrogen in
the zeolite molecular sieve micropore diffusion rate is
much greater than oxygen, in the adsorption did not reach
equilibrium, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, the formation
of finished oxygen, and then by decompression to atmospheric
pressure adsorbent desorption nitrogen and other
impurities, to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption
towers are set up in the system, one tower attached to
produce oxygen, the other tower desorption regeneration, through
the PLC program controller to control the opening
and closing of the pneumatic valve, so that the two towers
alternate circulation, in order to achieve continuous production
of high quality oxygen.
